The Pan-Asian Coalition (PAC) (Russian: Пан-азиатская Коалиция, traditional Chinese: 泛亞聯盟, Hindi: फैली गठबंधन, Persian: ائتلاف پان آسیا, Japanese: 汎アジア連合), commonly abbreviated as PAC, and often said and pronounced as Pac by EU soldiers, is a superstate that was originally formed as a military alliance made of several Eurasian countries, and located on the northern Eurasian continent. The most powerful members are the Union of Sovereign Socialist States of the Soviet Union, People's Republic of China, Japan, Iran, and India. It is one of the world's two recognized superpowers, the other being the European Union.
It is bordered by the European Union, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, People's Democratic Republic of Afghanistan, the Mongolian People's Republic, Nepal, Bhutan, and the Pan-Islamic Federation.
The PAC was most likely formed because of the dwindeling resources in the 22nd century, brought on by a new Ice Age. By supporting each other, the member countries of PAC could manage to succesfully survive. During the first years, an economic crisis hit the PAC extremely hard, but it could handle the crisis by change currently, which was very succesful. After the economic crisis had passed, the PAC economy grew quickly, and the PAC could build an powerful armed force: the Pan-Asian Coalition Armed Forces, consisting of the Pan-Asian Coalition Ground Forces, Pan-Asian Coalition Air Force, Pan-Asian Coalition Air Defense Forces, Pan-Asian Coalition Navy, Pan-Asian Coalition Weapons of Mass Destruction Special Forces, Pan-Asian Coalition Titan Fleet, and the Pan-Asian Coalition Starfleet to strike the European Union, its rival, for the remaining resources left in the world. This conflict became known as the Cold War, and would last for decades.
